How to take Lipo Zinc?

Take one capsule a day with plenty of water.

Composition of Lipo Zinc

BIO rice flour, Capsule (coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)), BIO olive oil, Liposome H 100 (Phosphatidylcholine 94%), Zinc citrate.

For 1 capsule:

Zinc Citrate 31% 81 mg, (Zinc element content 25 mg.)
