How to take Zinc?
It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day between meals.
Precautions

Composition of Zinc
Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), zinc citrate, coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate).
