How to take Zinc as Citrate?

1 capsule daily on an empty stomach and preferably at night. for example half an hour before dinner.

Precautions

Some people taking zinc on an empty stomach may experience some minor digestive disturbances like nausea. In this case, it is recommended that you take the zinc supplement with a meal. A prolonged intake of 25mg or more could cause anemia.

Storage conditions
