Lamberts Osteoguard is an All-in-One bone health formula that contains high levels of calcium and magnesium, along with boron and vitamins D and K. Although one tablet a day is a good support for most diets, two tablets a day are preferable for those whose diet contains few dairy products, or for women of menopausal age. Osteoguard® is an excellent partner for most multiple formulations.
Properties of Lamberts Osteoguard
Both calcium and magnesium, present in Lamberts Osteoguard, contribute to energy metabolism, the normal cell division and differentiation process, and the normal function of teeth and muscles.
Magnesium, which is increasingly absent from the foods we eat, is known for its role in fixing calcium in the bones. In addition, it collaborates in normal psychological function, in protein synthesis, in the nervous system and contributes to electrolyte balance. Also, it helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
