Sotya's Shitake is a supplement rich in protein, iron, fiber, minerals and AEC vitamins (especially riboflavin and niacin).

Properties and benefits of Shitake

It contains a large amount of antioxidants such as selenium. It is an excellent cell protector and helps to increase our defenses.

How to take Shitake?

It is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules twice a day, between meals.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place.

Composition of Shitake

Shiitake mushroom extract, coating agent (capsule): cellulose, stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose (E 460), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate (E 470b).

Per 4 capsules: Shiitake mushroom extract (1080 mg) of which Soy polysaccharides (108 mg).
