Properties and benefits of Acai
The açai (pronounced “assaì”) is a palm of the Euterpe genus (E. oleracea) which grows mainly in the rainforests of Central-South America. Its fruits, called "fruit of life" by the Indians, are highly appreciated berries and consumed as energy due to their innumerable nutritional properties by the indigenous populations of Brazil, Colombia and Suriname.
Açai is used in traditional medicine to combat fever, pain and flu, while the juice is used in the production of jellies, syrups, liqueurs, ice creams, energy drinks and thirst quenchers.
The high content of antioxidant polyphenols acts by counteracting cellular aging and promoting body weight control.
Açai is rich in polyphenols (anthocyanidins, pro-anthocyanidins) and fatty acids, as well as representing a good source of vitamin C and carotenoids.
How to take Acai?
We recommend taking 1-2 capsules 2 times a day with water during meals.

Açai fruit 860 mg (Euterpe oleracea Mart.) concentrated dry extract titrated (90/110:1) 10% [86mg] polyphenols (UV method).
Other ingredients: capsule of vegetable origin in hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
