How to take Bach Rescue drops?

  • It is recommended to take 4 drops in a glass of water, added to your favorite drink. You can also put 4 drops directly on the tongue, every 4 hours throughout the day.
  • Composite preparation : it is recommended to add 2 drops of each flower (maximum 7 flowers) in a 30 ml bottle and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.

Precautions

The Rescue range contains ingredients of natural origin. However, you should always ask your healthcare professional before using it.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place.
