How to take Lymph of betula pubescens?

We recommend taking the following doses, one to three times a day at any time: 1.4 ml for children from 1 to 3 years; 2 ml for children from 4 to 6 years; 3.5 ml for children from 7 to 10 years; 5 ml for adults.
