Extract of the resin that exudes the trunk of Boswellia serrata, traditionally used for the preparation of incense. It has been used in Ayurvedic Medicine as an aid for joint flexibility and comfort. Its ability to support the health of the lungs and intestinal tract has also been studied. Standardized to 25% triterpenic acids. Synergy between the different compounds is necessary for their effectiveness, with β-boswellic acid being the one that plays the most important role.
