Burdock is great for keeping the skin in good condition. It was recommended to me for an acne and atopic skin problem, and it regulates it quite well. Integralia tablets are not my favorite format: they seem too big and I need to break them to swallow them. However, in another sense I like them better than the capsules because they avoid gelatin. I find them very effective and the price is good.
La bardana es estupenda para mantener la piel en buenas condiciones. Me la recomendaron por un problema de acné y piel atópica, y me la regula bastante bien. Los comprimidos de Integralia no son mi formato favorito: me parecen demasiado grandes y necesito partirlos para tragarlos. Sin embargo, en otro sentido me gustan más que las cápsulas por evitar la gelatina. Me parecen muy eficaces y el precio es bueno.

Description
Burdock from Integralia is a nutritional supplement that acts as a blood and lymphatic cleanser. Reduces congestion and bulges, eliminates toxins (either through the skin or urine) and precipitates uric acid.

Indicated for problems such as: rheumatism, arthritis, sciatica, gout, blood acidity, edema, stones (kidney and gallbladder), skin problems (pimples, rashes), colds with fever and sore throat, gastric, liver and biliary conditions, cystitis, urinary tract infections, nephritis, hyperglycemia, and herpes.
How to take Burdock?
It is recommended to take 4 to 6 tablets a day. They can be taken by ingesting them with water or making an infusion.
Precautions
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place and protected from light.
