Properties and benefits of Cinnamon Essential Oil

Tree from the warm countries, South India and Sri Lanka, although it appears cultivated in many countries of the world. With leathery and green leaves all year round, Cinnamon belongs to the botanical family of Lauraceas.

Cinnamon has a sweet and pleasant wood smell, very delicate and intense. It is used as a flavoring for both sweet and savory dishes. It is also used to flavor drinks, such as certain beers and wines.

In the Arab countries, cinnamon is mainly used to flavor various meat dishes and it is also used in pastries to flavor various desserts.

How to take Cinnamon Essential Oil?

It is recommended to always take diluted in 250 g of food (juice, infusion, salad, ...).

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
