Properties and benefits of Bio Petitgrain Essence
Essential oils are the volatile aromatic compounds of medicinal plants, flowers, fruits, seeds. These oils are usually found in suitable cells, glands, or small canals in the plant that produce them for various reasons: as pheromones to attract certain insects, or conversely, as a repellant for others.
How to take Bio Petitgrain Essence?
It is recommended to take orally: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or as an infusion. For the Skin, in case of massage, dilute in 10 ml (1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil indicated for skin care (apricot oil, argan oil,...), apply by massaging lightly on the face and neck. It is also recommended to use for the Bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil. In case of Diffusion from 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room.
