How to take Essential Oil of Ravintsara Bio?

It is recommended to use 6 drops Ravintsara + 3 drops Niauli + 2 drops Peppermint + 4 drops Balsam fir on a base of 30ml of sweet Almond oil. Apply massage to the chest and back.

Precautions

Not to be confused with Ravensara.
