How to take Organic frankincense essential oil?

Oral route - Established maximum daily dose?
2 drops on a neutral support*, 2 times a day.

Neutral Support: Olive oil, sunflower, (any vegetable oil for oral use), honey, agave, a little bread.

Respiratory route - Established maximum daily dose?
3 drops in an aroma diffuser or humidifier.

Topical use - Established maximum daily dose?
Mix 5 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil.

Precautions

Keep away from sources of heat and light. Keep out of the reach of children.

Storage conditions

It must be kept in a dry place, protected from heat and light, in its original container.
