How to take Organic Star Anise Essential Oil?

It is recommended to use:

Intestinal colic

5 drops Cayeput + 6 drops Star Anise + 4 drops Lavender, on a base of 30ml of olive oil. Practice a gentle massage on the belly clockwise.

Salad oil

1 drop of Green Anise + 1 drop of Star Anise for 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
