Description
Bio Rosemary Essence by Physalis stimulates memory and promotes concentration. The massage (diluted in an oil of your choice) improves circulation and relaxes and calms the muscles that have been subjected to stress.
Indication
Essential oils are the volatile aromatic compounds of medicinal plants, flowers, fruits, seeds, ... These oils are usually found in cells, glands or small channels suitable in the plant that produce them for various reasons: as pheromones to attract certain insects or conversely, as a repellent for others, as protection against specific diseases, ... The amount of essential oil contained in plants is highly variable.
Intake mode
It is recommended to take it orally: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or as an infusion.
Skin: Massage.
Bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the room. Dilute in 10 ml (= 1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil of your choice.
