How to take Ginkgo Plus?

It is recommended to ingest after breakfast, accompanied by approximately 100 ml of water.

Composition of Ginkgo Plus

For 1 capsule:

Ginkgo biloba (210 mg), Ginkgo Biloba Extract (85 mg), Ginkgo Dry Extract (85 mg), Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Cocos nucifera oil.
