Ya había probado el aceite de CBD, pero este no sólo sabe bien (usa una base de Coco y los otros de cáñamo amargo, me he informado;), sino que me ha quitado la ansiedad de golpe. Mi problema no era de sueño, era de descanso, me despertaba por la noche 2 o 3 veces pensando en cosas que tenía que hacer. Ahora duermo de golpe y me levanto descansado.
