Properties and benefits of Wild Oregano Oil

Wild oregano (Origanum vulgare), not to be confused with the sweeter variant called marjoram (Origanum majorana), offers a wide variety of applications. Wild oregano has a bitter and pungent taste due to the carvacrol.

How to take Wild Oregano Oil?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, during or immediately after a meal.

Precautions

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place and at room temperature.

Bulking agent (virgin olive oil), Capsule wall (gelatin, glycerin, water), Wild oregano oil.
