Nature et Partage Organic Psyllium, also called Ispaghul, is nicknamed the friend of the colon. Psyllium regulates the water content of feces. Therefore, it relieves both constipation (by retaining the water from digested food, it softens the stool) and diarrhea (by transforming the water in the stool into gel, making it more consistent). Psyllium can be used in a long-term cure because it does not have an irritating effect.

How to take Organic Psyllium?

It is recommended to swallow with a large glass of water, divided into 2 doses, preferably before meals.

Precautions

Psyllium should be kept out of the reach of small children who could put it in their mouths and choke. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day, i.e. 1500 mg.

Composition of Organic Psyllium

Psyllium blond* (plantago ovata forssk) integument powder, Talc, Silica.
