Description
Lamberts Cranberry Complex is a compound of Cranberry powder and fructooligosaccharides (FOS).
Indication
Cranberry juice is a supplement known especially among women for its ability to help maintain the good state of the urinary system.
In the 1920s it was discovered that people who consumed large amounts of blueberries produced "more pure" acidic urine. The effect of blueberries was to stimulate the creation of a powerful substance called hippuric acid, which was shown to have a strong antibiotic effect on the urinary tract and sometimes even kill the bacteria causing the infection. However, the juice has a very acidic taste and, for this reason, many commercial beverages of this fruit contain large amounts of sugar (and calories) to disguise this acidity.
Intake mode
5-10 g. daily with liquids.
