Essential Oil of Rosemary (qt Cineol) from Pranarom traditionally known for its properties: medium antibacterial, effective fungicide, anti-inflammatory, expectorant and mucolytic.

Properties and benefits of Cineole Qt Rosemary Essential Oil

Small sturdy leafy shrub common in the low mountain of the Mediterranean region of North Africa. Its leaves are linear, leathery, resistant, with parallel edges curled underneath. Its flowers are blue, sometimes white. The chemotype cineole of rosemary produces an essential oil similar to that of eucalyptus radiata and camphor. Its oil is used for the same indications and is associated with each other to obtain a superior synergetic effect.

How to take Cineole Qt Rosemary Essential Oil?

2 drops are recommended 3 times a day on a neutral support (honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil).

Precautions

In its pure state, it can cause skin irritation (dermocaust). Keep out of reach of small children. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Caution during pregnancy, lactation or in children under 3 years.

Storage conditions

Keep away from all sources of heat and light.
