What is Pranarom Tea Tree Essential Oil?
The essential oil of the Pranarom Tea Tree is extracted by distillation with water vapor from the leaves of Melaleuca alternifolia, a plant of the Mirtaceae family. It is an oil with a fine consistency, with a color ranging from light to pale yellow and with a refreshing and balsamic. For its many uses it is an extremely versatile essential oil that is widely used in products for body hygiene and house cleaning. The tea tree plants used by Pranarom come from selected and controlled crops in Zimbabwe.
What are the properties of Pranarom Tea Tree Essential Oil?
Tea tree essential oil is an extremely powerful product for its antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties . It is useful in the treatment of respiratory or urinary infections, to combat skin disorders such as fungi or infections and even has antiparasitic properties.
How do you use Pranarom Tea Tree Essential Oil?
For personal hygiene it can be used for:
-Create antiseptic cleansing solutions that fight fungi , eczema, urinary tract infections, parasites, skin inflammations or including anti-plaque mouthwashes;
- Diffusers, suffumigi or balsamic ointments for a balsamic effect on the respiratory tract ;
-Mixed in creams is excellent for a purifying action on oily skin;
-Products for sanitizing and cleaning the house;
-Natural insect repellents and to calm the irritation of the stings ;
For internal use it is indicated against:
- Respiratory tract infections, urinary infections and fungi; try 2 drops dissolved in a teaspoon of honey or other liquid.
Preservation of Pranarom Tea Tree Essential Oil
Store the product tightly closed, in a cool and dry place away from direct light. It can also be stored in the refrigerator. If the manufacturer's instructions are followed, this essential oil is kept for up to 2 years before its properties begin to change.
Contraindications and warnings
Although this essential oil does not generally produce undesirable effects, it is advisable to avoid exceeding the recommended amount for each use, to avoid possible adverse reactions.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding or in the presence of kidney problems. Keep out of the reach of children under 5 years.
Maximum recommended concentration: 120 drops / 30 ml.
