Properties and benefits of Spiraea Ulmaria (Meadow Queen)

It is used successfully in case of muscle or joint pain, maintaining its elasticity. It is used both outdoors and indoors. On the other hand, meadowsweet supports kidney and urinary functions.

How to take Spiraea Ulmaria (Meadow Queen)?

It is recommended to take 20 to 40 drops, three times a day with a little water or fruit juice.
