Description
Valeriana Dispert from Vemedia is a hypnotic-sedative medicinal product, i.e. capable of promoting sleep and with a calming effect. Ideal for symptoms of nervous tension and temporary difficulty falling asleep.
How to take Valerian Dispert?
It is recommended to take 4 tablets a day. For nervous tension it is recommended to take up to three times a day. And also as an aid to falling asleep, a single dose half an hour to an hour before bedtime and, if necessary, a single dose earlier in the evening. Swallow the tablets, without chewing them. Contact your doctor if you do not notice improvement or if you notice worsening symptoms after 2 weeks of continuous treatment.
