How to take Valeriana KNEIPP Forte?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day 30-60 minutes before bedtime

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Do not administer to children under 12 years of age. Valerian food supplement with sugars.

Composition of Valeriana KNEIPP Forte

Ingredients per tablet : Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) 450mg, glazing agent (sucrose), anti-caking agent (talc), bulking agent (maltodextrin), emulsifier (stearic acid), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), glazing agent (gum arabic), agent (cellulose and carboxymethylcellulose), colorant, bulking agents (shellac, polyethylene glycol), carnauba wax and white beeswax).
