Amino Aid BCAA
Amino Aid BCAA from Just Aid helps to maximize protein anabolism and promotes tissue reconstruction in injuries, it is recommended for both strength and endurance sports.
It is a supplement of natural origin made up of the branched or dependent chain amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine), associated with Vit. B6, (which plays a determining role in protein metabolism).
The main functions of BCAAs are to maximize protein anabolism, oxidize at the muscle level, producing energy, while delaying fatigue. Encourage the reconstruction of tissues in injuries (constructor role) and the inhibition of muscle wasting as a result of intense training (protective function) and increase blood levels of branched chain amino acids during exercise, thus helping to delay fatigue.
Likewise, it is pointed out that the ingestion of branched chain amino acids in the first hour after training favors muscle reconstruction since the muscles are more eager to catch these amino acids preferentially over the rest. It is recommended for both strength and endurance sports (cycling, swimming, athletics, weightlifting, bodybuilding, team sports, etc.)
It is recommended to take:
In periods of normal physical activity, take the minimum amount. After training.
In periods of intense training, take the maximum amount. After training.
As a power activator take / 2 hours before training.
To maximize its assimilation it is recommended to take on an empty stomach.
JUST-AID only markets amino acids in free, pure and crystalline form.
It should not be used as the only protein contribution to the diet, but rather to enrich it.
For 1 tablet:
L-Leucine (400 mg), L-Valine (200 mg), L-Isoleucine (150 mg), Colloidal Silica, Calcium Phosphate.
