Description

Amino Aid BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids) from Just Aid is a supplement of natural origin that promotes muscle reconstruction, producing energy, while delaying fatigue.

Indication

This product is a supplement of natural origin composed of the branched or dependent chain amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine), associated with Vit. B6, (which plays a determining role in protein metabolism).

The main functions of BCAAs are: Maximize protein anabolism.

They oxidize at the muscular level, producing energy, while delaying fatigue.

They favor the reconstruction of tissues in injuries (constructor role) and the inhibition of muscle wasting as a result of intense training (protective function).

They increase blood levels of branched chain amino acids during exercise, thereby helping to delay fatigue.

Likewise, it is pointed out that the ingestion of branched chain amino acids in the first hour after training favors muscle reconstruction since the muscles are more eager to catch these amino acids preferentially over the rest.

AMINO-AID is recommended for both strength and endurance sports (cycling, swimming, athletics, weightlifting, bodybuilding, team sports, etc.)

Intake mode

It is recommended to take: In periods of normal physical activity. After training.

In periods of intense training. After training.

As a power activator take 1/2 hour before training.

To maximize its assimilation it is recommended to take on an empty stomach.

Precautions

It should not be used as the only protein contribution to the diet, but rather to enrich it.
