Several studies have shown that increasing L-Leucine above 4000mg. per day markedly improved strength and muscle mass, for this reason BCAA MATRIX contains 4800mg of L-Leucine per dose exceeding the amount shown by studies. This amount of L-Leucine is perfect combined with the rest of the branched chain amino acids, since they are the most abundant in muscle mass.
