Properties and benefits of Creatine

Creatine is possibly one of the most widely accepted supplements in the sports nutrition sector due to numerous studies and research. Creatine intervenes in metabolic processes at the muscular level, which is why it offers certain benefits, among which the improvement in performance in successive series of short high intensity exercises stand out.

How to take Creatine?

It is recommended to take in two phases

Charge phase:

Take 4 sachets (20 g of creatine) a day, for 5 days.

Maintenance phase:

Take 1 sachet (5 g of creatine) after exercise. Maintain for 7 weeks and rest for 1 month.

Dissolve 1 sachet (10 g) in 200 ml of water.

Precautions

E-102, E-124 and E-110: May have negative effects on activity and attention in children. It contains a source of phenylalanine. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A healthy lifestyle is important. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Not recommended in children and in people with phenylketonuria.

Creatine monohydrate (50%), Fructose (41.4%), Acidulant: citric acid, Aroma, Sweetener: aspartame, Colors (E-102, E-124, E-110).
