Properties and benefits of Glucomag 70/30 lemon gel

Glucomag is a combination of fast and medium absorption carbohydrates, formulated to improve the athlete's performance and facilitate their recovery.

Provides maltodextrin (70%), which instantly provides an adequate level of blood glucose. In addition, it provides fructose (30%), which allows energy to be obtained in the medium term and the storage of liver glycogen.

It also contains magnesium and potassium to prevent cramps, contractures and possible discomfort that the athlete may suffer during exercise.

How to take Glucomag 70/30 lemon gel?

It is recommended to take 1 drinkable sachet (30 ml) during physical exercise.
