Properties and benefits of Crispy Neutral Protein

Ideal for those who wish to complement their breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner with protein (40%) and fiber (18%) of high bioavailability. Due to its special structure, it stays crisp for up to 10 minutes and does not absorb moisture. Provides all essential amino acids. Great energy contribution. The sunflower protein comes from sunflower seeds from organic farming that are processed with care and result in a valuable protein of very high biological quality. On the other hand, it contains all the essential amino acids and is rich in polyphenols.

How to take Crispy Neutral Protein?

It is recommended to prepare simply by mixing the product in the favorite vegetable drink, such as almond, oatmeal or rice drink, or with milk, also in yogurts. Due to their special structure, they remain crispy inside for up to 10 minutes and do not absorb moisture.

Precautions

Due to its sweet flavor, it does not require the addition of sweeteners. The amounts and proportions to use vary greatly depending on the shot you want to prepare.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool place (5-15ºC), protected from direct light. In dry (RH 55-65%) and clean conditions. Once opened, seal tightly and store again under the conditions described to avoid exposure to humidity in the environment, adhesion of odors and microbial contamination.
