Properties and benefits of Vitamin C and D

Vitamin D helps maintain healthy and strong bones and normal maintenance of calcium in the blood and is involved in more than 4500 processes in our body.

How to take Vitamin C and D?

It is recommended for children up to 12 years, we recommend 1 capsule a day. Between 12 and 18 years we recommend 2 capsules a day. In adults we recommend 3 capsules a day. For better absorption, we recommend dividing the intake after meals.
