C-1000 (vitamin C with rosehip and bioflavonoids)

This vitamin C has worked a lot for me, since I take it and at least 3 grams a day, I don't get sick at all, I keep my immune system active. I notice it quite a bit. I also complement this vitamin with other things but basic. You can split the pill if it is too big for you to swallow. And I have even chewed it.

A mi esta vitamina C me ha funcionado muchísimo, desde que la tomo y al menos 3 gramos diarios, no me pongo nada enferma, mantengo mi sistema inmune activo. Yo lo noto bastante. También complemento con otras cosas pero básico esta vitamina. La puedes partir la pastilla si te resulta muy grande de tragar. E incluso la he llegado a masticar.

I've been taking it for a few years now, always in November, December, January and February and I haven't had a cold. It helps a lot with prevention.
