Perfect powder because you can adjust the dose to what suits you. In prevention, and in the treatment of infections or feverish conditions it is of great help. You can take several doses of 1 g spread throughout the day. The sign of "overdose" is to start with diarrhea. Just go down to the previous dose that is what your body tolerates. The only drawback is that it is a bit acidic and has to be sweetened with a little honey or agave.

Perfecto en polvo porque puedes adecuar la dosis a lo que te convenga. En prevención, y en tratamiento de infecciones o estados febriles es de gran ayuda. Puedes tomar varias dosis de 1 gr repartidos durante el día. La señal de "sobredosis" es comenzar con diarrea. Simplemente baja a la dosis anterior que es la que tu cuerpo tolera. La única pega es que es un poco ácida teniendo que endulzar con un poquito miel o agave .
