How to take White Willow Bark, 400mg?

It is recommended to take one capsule three times per day with food and water.

Precautions

Do not take this product if you are pregnant or nursing, allergic to salicylate compounds such as aspirin, or have gastritis or ulcers. Discontinue use if you experience stomach discomfort.
