Intake mode

It is recommended to pour two tablespoons into a pot with vegetable broth or boil for 5 min. Add once a little vegetable oil or butter has been served, it can also be consumed by mixing them with pieces of natural fruit accompanied by mixing them with fruit juice, yogurt or milk
