Description
Starch of Tapioca (Cassava) ORGANIC from Ma Vie gluten-free is ideal for lightening flours in pastry and bread making.
Intake mode
It is recommended to use for softer gluten-free breads that are easier to slice: 1/5 tapioca starch + 4/5 flour (s). For softer gluten-free pastries: 1/3 mixed starch (including tapioca starch) + 2/3 flour (s). To dilute in a bottom of cold liquid before incorporation in the preparation.
