Description
Spelled is a variety of wheat that has been cultivated for 7,000 years and has not undergone as many modifications as common wheat. It is characterized by being easier to digest and because it usually presents fewer allergies than the latter, and spelled has a higher protein content.
Indication

Intake mode
With spelled flour you can make exactly the same preparations as with wheat, substituting it without problem. The taste of spelled flour is slightly tastier. For baking with whole spelled flour, the use of spelled sourdough (or ferment) in addition to yeast is recommended: in breads, pizza, empanadas, etc.
Precautions
It contains gluten. May contain traces of nuts and sesame.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool place (below 18ºC), dry, protected from sunlight and isolated from the ground. Consume preferably before the date indicated on the packaging.
