No conocía la marca y nos ha gustado mucho la harina. Para rebozar pescado está genial porque deja una capita crujiente deliciosa (sin necesidad de usar huevo) y para repostería también muy bien. Para preparar empanadas caseras sale una masa muy crujiente por fuera y jugosa por dentro ya que esta harina absorbe muy bien los líquidos. Quizás incluso hay que poner un poquito menos de líquido en las recetas.
