Description
Probios hulled buckwheat can be used as a base for the preparation of many recipes: sautéed with vegetables, for flans or soups and many other preparations that your imagination suggests!
Indication
Buckwheat (fagopyrum esculentum) is a flowering plant whose origin dates back to 8,000 years ago, when it grew spontaneously in Tibet, Siberia and Manchuria. Later the Tartars introduced it in the Balkans, and from here it spread throughout Europe. The name Grano Saraceno (the wheat of the Turks and Saracens) is a clear homage to its Turkish-Mongolian origins. Try it boiled and seasoned with vegetables and legumes.
Precautions
They may contain traces of sesame seeds, nuts, soy and cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelled, khorasan kamut wheat).
