Description
Celnat Organic Semi-Complete Couscous: durum wheat and therefore couscous are mainly composed of complex carbohydrates, which are the fuel of nerve and muscle cells.
Indication
Decorated with vegetables and spices or even legumes (chickpeas, etc.), you can make delicious couscous and tabbouleh. The organic semi-complete couscous is prepared from durum wheat semolina, the couscous has a specific manufacturing process.
Intake mode
It is recommended to provide about 50 g per person. Mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil with your couscous. Pour 1 volume of hot or boiling water for 1 volume of couscous. Let rise for 5 to 7 minutes. Optionally, cook for 15 minutes in the steam, removing the grains with a fork. Season to your liking.
