Description
Made from durum wheat semolina, couscous has a specific manufacturing process. Durum wheat, and therefore couscous, consists mainly of complex carbohydrates, which are the fuel for nerve and muscle cells.
Indication
Garnished with vegetables and spices or even legumes (chickpeas...), you can make delicious couscous and tabbouleh. The organic half-full couscous is prepared from durum wheat semolina, the couscous has a specific manufacturing process.
Intake mode
It is recommended to mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil with the couscous. Pour 1 part of very hot or boiling water for 1 part of couscous. Let it swell for 5 to 7 minutes. If necessary, steam for 15 minutes, removing the kernels with a fork.
