I am always looking for alternatives to the usual traditional pasta that in the long run bores a little both in its usual color and in its usual flavor and so I always take advantage of the great variety of alternative `` pasta '' made with special flours or legume flours. I really appreciate black beans and I also eat them often and I was intrigued by the Slendier brand organic spaghetti packaging made from these legumes. Unfortunately, the availability is not that high and the price is also not one of the lowest. The package contains about 200g of product, the noodles are really thin, fine and light, they cook in a few minutes and must be drained a little al dente to prevent them from breaking up too much. Their appearance is pleasant, they are thin and have a particular color that gives a different color to each dish. The flavor is very delicate and one perceives that of the simple and healthy ingredients, that is, only organic black bean flour. They lend themselves very well to many different condiments, they go well with meat, fish and vegetables. They are certainly an excellent source of fiber and vegetable protein and a great way to consume legumes. Not bad.
Sono sempre alla ricerca di alternative alla solita pasta tradizionale che a lungo andare annoia un pò sia nel suo solito colore che nel solito sapore e così approfitto sempre della grande varietà di ''pasta'' alternativa relaizzata con farine speciali o farine di legumi. Apprezzo molto i fagioli neri e li consumo anche sovente e sono stata incuriosita dalla confezione di spaghetti biologici a base di questi legumi della marca Slendier. Purtroppo la reperibilità non è così alta e anche il prezzo non è uno dei più bassi. La confezione contiene circa 200g si prodotto, gli spaghettini sono davvero sottili, fini e leggeri, si cuociono in pochi minuti e occorre scolarli un pò al dente per evitare che si spezzettino troppo. Il loro aspetto è piacevole, sono sottili e hanno un colore particolare che dona una tinta diversa ad ogni piatto. Il sapore è molto delicato e si percepisce quello degli ingredienti semplici e salutari, cioè sola farina di fagioli neri bio. Si prestano benissimo a tanti condimenti diversi, stanno bene con carne pesce e verdure. Sicuramente sono una ottima fonte di fibre e proteine vegetali e un ottimo modo di consumare i legumi. Non male.
