The extra wide noodles are made by a family of artisans in Japan using organic semi-whole flour. They are manufactured using a traditional coiling and cutting method, rather than more industrialized extrusion methods.Intake mode
To prepare it, boil plenty of water, add the noodles (100 g per serving) and stir. Simmer for 10 minutes, then rinse briefly with cold water.
Add wide udon noodles to broths or miso soup for a hearty meal. Or fry the noodles with meat and vegetables after boiling them to make yakiudon, a Japanese fried noodle dish.
Organic wide udon noodles are cooked in boiling water in 10 minutes.
