Natursoy Buckwheat comes from certified organic farming and provides fiber and magnesium, ideal for maintaining good health.
Buckwheat or buckwheat is originally from Central Asia, but today it is widely distributed thanks to its ease of cultivation.
Indication
Buckwheat provides magnesium and fiber. Magnesium is a mineral that is recommended to maintain cardiovascular health and to reduce stress. And fiber is good for feeling full, lowering cholesterol and constipation. Whenever you take fiber, stay hydrated.
Low in sugars, high in fiber, very low in sodium/salt.
Intake mode
Toast without oil. 1 part water x 2 part wheat. On high heat bring to a boil. 10 min on medium heat and 5-7 min on low heat. Let stand 5 min.
Precautions
May contain sesame, soy, milk, cereals containing gluten, nuts, peanuts and their derivatives.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place. Close the container well after use.
Preferential consumption: 14 months from the date of manufacture.
