Description
Tartar buckwheat originates from the mountainous regions of western China and is cultivated in China, Bhutan, northern India, Nepal and central Europe.Indication
The flavonoid content in Tartary buckwheat is much higher than in common buckwheat. The main bioactive compounds in Tartary buckwheat grains are flavonoids (rutin and quercetin). Due to their robust shell, dormant tartary buckwheat seeds can remain alive in the soil for several years and, under favorable conditions, can become active. Buckwheat grains are popular in Slovenia, Croatia, Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, some parts of China and Japan. They are also known in Austria.Intake mode
After boiling the grain, do not throw away the water which can be used as a nutritious drink like herbal tea. The cooked grain combines perfectly with all types of vegetables (for example, pumpkin), and can also be taken with yogurt, breakfasts with vegetable milks, and even sprinkled on salads.Precautions
May contain traces of nuts and sesame.Ingredients
100% tartar buckwheat grains*. *From organic farming.
