Description
Bancha tea de Lima is an infusion preparation formulated with large and robust green tea leaves, steamed and then gently roasted to stop oxidation and preserve its green color. This light roasting of the leaves gives the tea its much appreciated typical flavor and reduces the theine content to just 1.3%.
Intake mode
It is recommended to enjoy at any time of the day. It can be drunk both hot and cold and is particularly refreshing when served very cool in summer.
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil and then steep for 1 minute before pouring in a tablespoon of Bancha green tea. Let sit for 2-3 minutes...enjoy.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place and protected from light.
