Description
Celnat sunflower seeds is a plant of North American origin. Initially, the sunflower was not used in food but for a dye used for coloring clothes. As for the rod, once dry, it served as a building material. Today, it is a plant widely distributed throughout the world; renowned for both the oil extracted from it and its whole seeds.
Indication
Sunflower seeds are extremely concentrated in vitamin E, a vitamin necessary for the antioxidant protection of cells. A spoon (10g) thus covers almost 40% of the recommended daily intake of this vitamin! They are also rich in fiber and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Intake mode
Consume as an accompaniment to morning cereals, in breads or cakes, in salads or simply as an appetizer (dry toast in a pan by adding 1 little salt or Tamari or Shoyou).
