Description
While most mirin today contain sugar and preservatives, our rice is naturally koji-fermented from just rice with a bit of salt added at the end of the process. Mirin is used to sweeten and gives a depth of flavor.
Intake mode
Mirin's mild sweetness balances soy sauce and is used to enhance sweet and savory sauces, vinaigrettes, marinades, and seafood dishes.
Ingredients
Water, rice (35%), cultivated rice, salt.
